Welcome to Dezignora. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the Shopify design, development, optimization, and consulting services we provide.

By accessing our website or engaging Dezignora for services, you agree to these Terms.

01 — Our Services

Dezignora provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Shopify store design
  • Shopify store redesign
  • Shopify theme customization
  • Custom Shopify development
  • UI/UX design
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Store audits
  • Performance and UX improvements
  • Creative direction
  • Shopify consulting and strategy

The exact services, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and revisions for a project will be agreed upon before work begins.

02 — Project Agreements

Before starting a project, Dezignora and the client may agree on the project's:

  • Scope of work
  • Deliverables
  • Timeline
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Revision limits
  • Client responsibilities
  • Additional requirements

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

03 — Payments

Payments must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon for the project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Dezignora may require an upfront payment before beginning work.

Payments for services are generally non-refundable once work has started, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Dezignora reserves the right to pause or suspend work if an agreed payment is overdue.

04 — Client Responsibilities

To complete a project successfully, clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely:

  • Brand information
  • Content and copy
  • Images and media
  • Product information
  • Shopify access where required
  • Feedback and approvals
  • Other materials reasonably necessary to complete the project

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the project timeline.

05 — Shopify Access

When Shopify access is required, clients are responsible for providing the appropriate permissions needed to complete the agreed work.

Dezignora will only use access to the client's store for purposes related to the project.

Clients remain responsible for their Shopify account, store, products, customers, orders, payment settings, and business operations.

06 — Revisions

Revisions will be provided according to the scope agreed upon for each project.

A revision means a reasonable adjustment to an agreed design or deliverable. Requests for completely new concepts, significant changes in direction, or work outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

07 — Project Timelines

We provide estimated project timelines based on the agreed scope.

Timelines may change due to:

  • Delayed client feedback
  • Missing content or materials
  • Delayed approvals
  • Changes to project scope
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Shopify or app-related limitations
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

08 — Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party platforms, Shopify apps, themes, plugins, fonts, integrations, hosting services, or other software.

Third-party services may have their own fees, terms, limitations, and policies.

Dezignora is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing changes, compatibility issues, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

09 — Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives rights to the final approved work created specifically for their project after all applicable project payments have been completed.

Dezignora may retain ownership of:

  • Pre-existing materials
  • Internal processes
  • Templates
  • Frameworks
  • Reusable code
  • General design techniques
  • Tools and resources developed independently of the client's project

Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

10 — Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing, Dezignora may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, case studies, and other marketing materials.

We may show screenshots, designs, store interfaces, or publicly available brand information solely to demonstrate our work.

11 — Confidentiality

We respect confidential business information shared with us during a project.

We will not intentionally disclose confidential information to unrelated third parties except when:

  • Required to provide the agreed services

14 — Disclaimer
